A former employee of Apple Inc, Tuo has a highly informed perspective and unique understanding of digital and technology. Tuo’s emphasis within the Blueways business is focused on innovation, business development and people.
Andrew Wyatt has a history of completing complex development strategies in commercial and residential property development and experience with listed superannuation funds. Andrew’s role within Blueways is focused upon, strategic and economic analysis, project acquisition, initiation and management.
Scott Huguenin brings over 20 years financial and property experience to the team in his role as the Blueways Commercial Director. Scott and has worked on major mixed use development schemes in Australia, United Kingdom, Monaco, Gibraltar, Czech Republic and Estonia. With a background in accounting, treasury, project management and marketing, Scott’s primary focus at Blueways is to optimise the outcomes from all projects.
Gary Cheung is the Blueways Group’s Chief Financial Officer and brings with him over 16 years of accounting, taxation, financial and business advisory experience. Gary is a former Partner of a “Big Four” accounting firm where he specialised his services to clients with a focus in the property industry. Additionally, Gary has and continues to serve on the boards of numerous privately owned property developers. Gary manages the finance function and brings a broad financial and strategic perspective to Blueways Group.
Samantha Cooper is the Blueways Company Accountant. Sam brings over 15 years experience with expertise in both tax and financial accounting and a background in the construction industry. An integral member of the Blueways team Sam brings a balanced perspective and practiced eye to many of the commercial decisions and interactions with Blueways partners.
Hong Wei Chen Chen has qualifications from both the South China University of Technology and RMIT enhancing Blueways with his diverse cultural and functional expertise. Hong Wei Chen is our non-executive director who brings a wealth of experience in property, international trading and marketing. He has a leadership role in developing and implementing Blueways business and strategies and managing our international relationships.
Melissa Sermen is the Operations Manager for the Blueways Group. Melissa has built a wealth of experience in operations management with leading IT multinationals. Having been fast tracked very early in her career and developed as a future business leader, Melissa brings authority and energy to a crucial aspect of the Blueways business.
Caiyan Xie has over 30 years of experience in property development. With an extensive background in project management and engineering Caiyan enhances contacts and relationships for the Blueways Group in the crucial area of investor relations. Caiyan travels abroad extensively representing Blueways Group Internationally where her focus is to maintain relationships with our key stakeholders and investors.
Denise Delbridge is Blueways Accounts and Admin. Denise brings over 15 years experience in bookkeeping and administration to the role. Prior to Blueways Denise built extensive expertise and experience working in construction, property development, automotive and with an accountancy practice. As part of the Blueways finance team, Denise plays an important role in ensuring efficient and effective operations across multiple projects.
